Living in Maine lakefront property means different things to different people. If you're looking to match a lakefront home with your lifestyle, it helps to know your interests and requirements. For example, if you love winter skiing, look for properties near your favorite slope. If your business takes you far and wide, it's practical to restrict your search to listings within an hour of the Portland or Bangor airports.

Which lakefront buyer describes you?

Ski Bum - Maine has some great winter skiing destinations. If you're a winter skier, consider a lakefront location that's close to your favorite ski destination.
