Juli specializes in transaction coordination. Once your property goes under contract, Juli will make sure the purchase proceeds to its closing without a hitch. She works with home and septic inspectors, title companies, appraisers and finance companies…and of course, you, to keep the process moving smoothly. She’s patient, cooperative and unselfish, which are the very traits that give the team our balance.

Jon works closely with our buyer brokers, Diane Monaco and Sandi Potter, to help all our customers and clients find the very best lakefront property in the state of Maine. He is our first point of contact for any property inquiry and provides helpful information and guidance in a professional and competent manner. Jon is a Sebago/Long Lake area native, a licensed real estate associate broker, and is familiar with many of the area's lakes and ponds. He resides at the northern terminus of Long Lake in the picturesque village of Harrison.

Sandi works with buyers only. She will help you find that perfect lakefront/ lake access property. Sandi has lived on Sabbathday Lake for many years. This gives her a full understanding of lakefront living and all the desires you may have for your own lakefront property and its uses. She can help you decide what will best suit your living or get away needs; be it a wooded private lot with a small camp or that property with the right beach that small children and others can get out on and enjoy. She is patient, dedicated and works hard for her buyers.

As a part-time employee, Ana is responsible for two things: 1) The accuracy and placement of all advertisements, and 2) Generating floor plans for all listed properties. Ana has strong computer skills and is a valued member of the team.
